How to Scheduling Multi-Person Interviews? - Microsoft Community


hello,

at our organization it's not uncommon have interview last for four hours, 4 different interviewers , interviewee. difficulty interviewers have 4 hour meeting blocked out on calendar, instead of interview slot (typically 1 hour) blocked out on calendar.

what i'd know, if there's way book resource (interview room) 4 hour period, , invite interviewers on interviewers calendar have show 1 hour slot that's needed. example below:

interviewer - 1pm-2pm

interviewer b - 2pm-3pm

interviewer c - 3pm-4pm

interviewer d - 4pm-5pm

the outlook resource booked 1pm - 5pm, each interviewer has a 1 hour interview booked on personal calendar.

at our organization, use outlook 2013/2016 , office 365 e3 users.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
