Outlook 365 ProPlus Email duplication - Microsoft Community


hello,

i have 4 email address set in outlook.

2 gmail work perfectly.  the other 2 hosted website provider (imap).  when receive email either of these accounts appears in both.

i have logged on web portal , there no duplicates there locally on outlook.

please help.

not unique accounts, see in ms outlook expected


Office / Outlook / Windows other / Office 365 for business

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
