i have seen many people complaining sync issue. have been using active sync since long, because of have long phone contacts in age of jesus christ.
still have 2 phones same email id, storage information confirms 1999 contacts @ server less.
your services has stared decline; pls fix asap

in order isolate issue, we'd following information:
- are using exchange server?
- have made changes or applied update device prior issue?
- what happened when tried sync contacts? getting error messages?
- if possible, please send screenshot showing issue you're experiencing in outlook.
