Shared Calendar Reminders - Microsoft Community


 we use outlook 2013, , have shared calendar several of in office use common spot date-related entries require future action.  parties on share have full permission, can make entry, modify something, delete something, etc.  have reminders entries pop-up on computers using shared calendar - reminders pop-up on computer of person initiated item.  there fix such reminders can pop-up on computers?

have been , forth guy here @ office trying figure out well.  came semi-solution... made mailing list sort of thing , added mailing list each of reminders in calendar.  pop-ups show on everyone's computer if manually accepts "changed meeting" alert pops in inbox.  annoying have hundreds of reminders show on everyone's computer without having manually accept these meeting changes.  why difficult implement such simple request beyond me.  microsoft please.
