Mail Search Issue - Microsoft Community


mail searching common issue in outlook. when searched string shows "no result". knows exact solution issue.
have tried re indexing works doesn't.
when windows search service or indexing disabled starts searching

we know more concern. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did start encounter concern?
  • what version of outlook use? (personal, pro, or business)
  • do experience same concern if access account through outlook.com?
  • aside rebuilding search index, have performed other troubleshooting steps?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
