Not able to send/receive emails for business, NEED FIX - Microsoft Community


hi all, 

2 days ago (thursday 5/1/17) last time able send/receive business emails. getting constant popup asking input username , password. doesn't matter input, popup returns , prevents email working. 

this send/receive error message get:

task '(our email) - receiving' reported error (0x800ccc92) : 'your e-mail server rejected login. verify user name , password account in account settings.  the server responded: -err invalid user name or password.'

i have spent hours searching through support forums, trying , related error nothing has worked. i've noticed it's been consistent error people getting, way 2007 through until now, , there's no real definitive fix can find. 

we're running outlook on microsoft office professional 2010 , windows 7. 

it's extremely important email fixed important business through daily.
