we experiencing same issue in error message saying: "an error occurred while trying load plans" have fix this?

this issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident pl90613 starting @ jan 12 2017 12:15 pm (utc). user experience of incident is: users may intermittently unable access planner. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here:
https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx#@/servicestatus/servicestatushistory.aspx.
for affected customers identify information here, thread closed.
we update primary thread below once issue resolved or can obtain recent information shd.
