Outlook Mac 15.32 -- List Display Format changed without an update - Microsoft Community


i updated outlook mac 15.31 15.32 couple of weeks ago. when sat down @ computer morning, message list display had changed in following ways:

1) unread message indicated blue dot in status column vs font being bold , light blue (i love change)

2) there horizontal lines between each message in list (i'm not thrilled this)

3) highlight color no longer follows setting in system preferences , light blue (definitely not this)

my questions:

how change happen without having performed software update???

are there controls user on these display features (i cannot find in preferences)?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
