Outlook not delivering an email that when sent using Gmail arrives as - Microsoft Community

good afternoon

when sending email outlook 3 recipients, 1 of them returned undelivered.

the message received follows (i've changed actual email address confidentiality reasons);

this message created automatically mail delivery software.

a message sent not delivered 1 or more of recipients. permanent error. following address(es) failed:

  ***email address removed due security reasons***

    host mx4.hotmail.com [65.55.33.119]

    smtp error remote mail server after rcpt to:<***email address removed due security reasons***>:

    550 requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

the recipient's email address 1 use regularly.  2 of 3 recipients received copies of email no problem.

just check, sent copy of email same email address, gmail account.  this delivered no problem.

any thoughts why problem might occur?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
