Outlook not remembering email addresses version 15.33 - Microsoft Community


why in gmail in chrome remembers email addresses in outlook doesn't. thanks

may know whether talking “if type several words of recipient email address in outlook 2016 mac while sending email , outlook 2016 mac can’t display intended recipient’s full email address (display name)”? may clarify situation more details. related screenshots better.

if case, i’d say, needed send recipient before in outlook 2016 mac , outlook 2016 mac can remember recipient address. feature called “autocomplete list”. so, may re-confirm whether have sent recipient before.

moreover, current newest production version of outlook 2016 mac 15.33 (170409). so, can try upgrading client newest version via clicking “help”> “check updates” if yours not newest one.

if possible, can try on mac machine (for example, friend’s or colleague’s) see if there update.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
