Slide layouts and Sections - Microsoft Community


when creating master slide, shown numerous slide formats on left hand side can customise.

why when add new slide and choose 'layout', layouts available me in master view not appear in drop-down - you're given small selection?

also, on separate note, purpose of being able split presentation sections?  can't find use them.

by default, when go slide master view, you'll see slide master , indented beneath it, 11 layouts.

when choose layout in normal view, powerpoint shows layouts, not slide master. 

the last 2 layouts chinese/japanese/korean presentations may need vertically oriented text.  ppt shows these in normal view if have 1 of these languages installed in windows.

so:  12 thumbnails in slide master view

minus:  slide master itself

minus:  2 vertical text layouts

result:  9 layouts you're seeing.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
