smtp.mailfrom=email.*******.com; jean*****.com; dkim=pass
(signature verified) header.d=*****.com;******.com;
dmarc=none action=none header.from=*****.com;
received-spf: pass (protection.outlook.com: domain of email.******.com
designates 167.89.**.*** permitted sender)
receiver=protection.outlook.com; client-ip=167.89.**.***;
helo=o5.email.*******.com;
received: o5.email.*******.com (167.89.**.***) by

hi tom,
there may many reasons causing messages going spam. need confirm spf record added firstly.
the spf record should this:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ip4: <ip address> include: <domain name> -all
tips: 1. "v=spf1" , "-all" required spf txt records end value.
2. where value <ip address> ip address of other mail system. information provided, should 167.89.**.***.
3. <domain name> domain name of other mail system sends mail on behalf of domain.
additionally, need add spf record sender's domain. example, if send messages "another company" email account, need add spf record domain of "another company".
after that, can add domain "allow lists" in receiver's part if received email account office 365 account: use admin account exchange admin center> navigate protection> spam filter> edit default spam filter policy> allow lists> add domain sender allow lists.
if suggestion above doesn't address concern, please post in our forum.
best regards,
vanessa
