Trying to mark mail as not junk produces error "The operation - Microsoft Community


this started recently, when try mark email in junk folder not junk.

i have no idea why happening.

does have suggestions?

we need more information identify why getting error when trying mark email junk.please provide following:

  • which windows 10 version , build using? know windows operating system using, click here.
  • have made recent changes or received update before encountering issue?
  • is office suite updated?
  • are using macro or add-ons?
  • have tried running outlook in safe mode?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

we'd appreciate additional information may provide.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
