Two Accounts Holder on Office 365 & Outlook: Inbox get mixed - Microsoft Community


hello there, 

i having issue accessing inbox. have 2 email addresses same domain name, , although have different password seems when try connect inbox it's automatically connected inbox b. 

when try connect inbox b login out inbox a, still takes me inbox a. 

also, when use chrome cannot connect on inbox b error message comes up. 

does else have issue?

  • can confirm have 2 different e-mail accounts not linked each other?
  • when using chrome, error message received? if can send screenshot.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
