Blank dialog under Outlook 2010 splash screen after - Microsoft Community


i upgraded win7pro win10pro office 2010 pro installed under win7.  worked fine.  outlook profile has 1 exchange, 1 hotmail, 1 gmail.  have business contact manager installed.

when launch outlook, appears hang @ splash screen.  when move aside, there blank dialog underneath.  when press ok, brings same blank dialog.  pressing ok again continues outlook session.

ideas how fix this?

to isolate issue, may know troubleshooting steps have done far?

in meantime, let's perform online repair office 2010. follow steps below:


  1. right-click on windows button.
  2. then click on control panel.
  3. from control panel navigate programs.
  4. then, click on programs , features , right-click on office 2010.
  5. click on change , select online repair option.
  6. this step repair/reinstall office 2010.
  7. once done, make sure restart computer.
