Calendar issues - Microsoft Community


hi,

we migrated lotus notes o365 , using office 2016.

when external user sends invitation , receipient

accept invitation, external user status "tentative" back.

issue is not 1 user. client windows 7 pro, office 2016

when you're sending invites or meeting requests, appears in the recipients' calendar tentative. @ time, the receiver has option of accepting, rejecting or suggesting possible alternate time meeting.

however, feature depends on email protocol use when configured email in outlook application. know first if using personal email or business email can provide best troubleshooting step suit issue working on.  




Office / Outlook / Windows other / Office 365 for business

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
