email wont send - Microsoft Community


husband registered our computer. have been trying send email along attachment , continues tell me office products not available , need register account that office set under and not send email, computer dings letting me know the email cannot sent . registered outlook info registered computer , have tried info , nothing working. need able send emails , computer giving me blues!! please

there possible reasons why we're facing issue. isolate concern, ask few questions:

  • did encounter error messages when you're trying sign in? if so, please send screenshot of exact error.
  • when did issue begin?
  • have made recent changes on pc prior issue?
  • were able send emails before?
  • which outlook version using?

we'll wait response.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
