office file exit after opening - Microsoft Community


when open 1 office file, appear below warn:

microsoft office can't find license application. repair attempt unsucessful. microsoft office exit.

to better understand situation, i’d confirm following things:

  1. what office file, word file, excel file or powerpoint file? issue related office applications?
  2. by “one office file”, issue related specific file or files same file type? stored in cloud or local drive?
  3. if directly open office applications, there waring notification or error message (e.g. yellow notification under ribbons)? if yes, capture screenshot of it.
  4. open 1 of office applications>file>account>capture screenshot of information under product information.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
