outlook categories - Microsoft Community


i created  category in own inbox.  do  not recall if used it.  following afternoon category colour had been put against emails in inbox.  deleted mark emails , tried to  delete category list would  not delete - said  "not in master list".  day after every outlook item (email, calendar entry, task, etc.) in every other user's outlook have access had been marked same category colour , label.  the department have refused help.  have said there no fix not problem.   i need find out how happened.  work secretary  and am being  blamed this.  have been told remove mark myself.  is  impossible  task - don't know , 1 user's folder has 4gb of data.  please let me know how has happened.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
