i'm using outlook 2013, due company policy, cannot upgrade outlook client, have configure exchange server account on outlook client, , shared mailbox shows correctly.
when create inbox rule : when specific emails arrive in account move them shared mailbox's inbox. after select shared mailbox's inbox , click next, prompt error "object can not found..".
i have tried re-creating new profile, but not work
please help.

thank post. understand after have configured account in outlook the shared mailbox shows correctly. know if admin have provided access shared mailbox. if yes, take time before mailbox , permission apply on account. can try access shared mailbox in outlook on web (owa).
if shared mailbox has been created long time, ask information narrow down issue:
1.) the detailed outlook version, , specify if (deferred/current/first release) channel. provide os version details.
2.) send email shared mailbox , check if receive email.
3.) create same inbox rule on owa , check if issue occurs.
