Check for Attachment Presence - Microsoft Community

outlook can check see if forgot have attachment, want different.

i want outlook give me warning if there attachment, , of recipients outside of organization.

workaround: may use transport rule create incident report.

once done, detailed report , original message if in organization sends email attachment external recipient.
