Emails on my iphone shrink the text automatically - Microsoft Community


it seems email has picture or graphic in shrinks automatically when viewed on iphone (6s - latest ios downloaded). started happening recently. happened once before, maybe 6 months ago, , found solution can't find again. it's obnoxious, , makes emails impossible read. 

any suggestions?

for identify causing issue, need confirm information. please answer following:

  • what last activity when issue happened?
  • are having issues outlook.com or windows 10 outlook mail app?
  • any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
  • have tried accessing emails using different device?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
