Error preventing office from working properly - Microsoft Community


i having trouble microsoft office programs, every time try start 1 of them error message indicating there error preventing product running.i see 3 options(repair now,help , close) if click repair button, not repair , continues same thing on , over,i tried repairing whole product on programs , features.please help!!!

  • what operating system of device you're using?
  • were there recent changes made on device prior concern?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
