Exchange 365 - Email Notifications and Active Sync - Microsoft Community


i want restrict staff using active sync connect outlook email - eliminating security risk of messages residing on personal phones.

q: possible create rule push notification personal email account similar to: "you have new office 365 email message - please log office 365 review message"  - not want forward attachments or modify of message - perhaps send subject or sender info (if possible).

the intent  let individuals know have office 365 mail without having log office 365 & keep work email off device.

q: if enabled active sync on devices - possible selective delete active sync email account form users phone without wiping entire device?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
