Has anyone found a way to turn off the 'Outlook found new - Microsoft Community


desktop version of outlook 2016 has started showing message "'outlook found new events" on selected travel related messages.  i fly weekly , many messages airlines.  this feature displays graphic of airplane , shows abbreviated amount of flight information.  i hate covers preview window , can't see email.  i have looked online , found others complaining , ideas try none seem work.  can awful feature turned off?  thanks help!

i'd clarify feature cannot disabled in outlook , totally understand brings bad user experience.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
