Highlighting notes in Outlook contacts - Microsoft Community


in old version of outlook, able highlight, in notes, of information had entered contact.  have office 2016 , when try highlight part of notes in contact, unable area want take highlight.  not have format text option on tool bar.  have called microsoft technical support , have been told option not available in recent versions of outlook.  can highlight text in new email, can not highlight in notes in contacts.  can anyone, using recent versions of outlook, highlight parts of notes in contacts?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
