How to I change the properties of .msg files back to Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i used able save outlook messages (prior sending them) created templates in offline documents library.  double click message, add recipient's e-mail in "to" box , send it.  changed or updated , half of .msg files still outlook template properties other half wordpad properties , want convert them back, rather re-creating of email templates again.  plus, when save message offline, should stay in outlook 2016 or outlook item template after drag offline library.  don't want archive, don't want online - need keep properties, or, more importantly, need put original properties if update makes wordpad cryptic mess again.

does know how give it's original properties again?  or lock properties cannot changed when microsoft or outlook update?

no - did not give outlook program option.  doing application repair through control panel fixed it, though.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
