Lost Emails from Outlook 2007 - Microsoft Community


i have lost several thousand emails outlook 2007 following factory reset of laptop.

the workshop did reset have provided me backup allows me find .pst files @ c:/users/admin/appdata/local/microsoft/outlook , have imported of these outlook 2007 (including subfolders) - there 4gb.

all emails date range end of 2012 2016 missing. can recover these , how have disappeared .pst files when remainder there?

i can't recover them emails server had cleared them after had checked in doing remained on laptop in outlook - time before factory reset done.

please have tried on 6 months find solution , workshop worse useless!!

any pst data files have been stored on local pc, usually, not @ location given.

if pc shop provided backup disk containing data files necessary copy these data files local pc in \my documents\outlook files, within ms outlook opening these data files

export/import loses data , various settings.

other backup data cannot recover anything

in case should have had own data backups

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
