when hit link @ outlook 2007  messague shows up

x  operation has been canceled due restrictions in effect on computer .please contact system administrator

the solution problem in hyperlinks not working in outlook kb310049

as see in explanation, fault in internet options causes problem to show in outlook or whichever office application happen clicking hyperlink in.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
