Office 2016-Moving email to another folder - Microsoft Community


when update going issued addresses problem mentioned in numerous posts.

i have tried closing office after have moved emails other folders still see original message in inbox.

an earlier post stated if delete original message both messages deleted. true?

  • are experiencing same issue when using outlook.com?
  • are using personal account or company account?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried?

regarding question, deleting original email not result deletion of other.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
