outlook 2016 not loading up - Microsoft Community


the past week every time try start outlook little blue box there of sudden box open saying "microsoft outlook has stopped working" closes , box opens "a problem caused program stop working correctly. windows close program , notify if solution available" have click "close program" button.

this frustrating run small business , if need "send file email" wont let me , have had activate mail program on pc , add email accounts

i have done run outlook in safe mode , think did --- nothing came when tried load again still got error boxes. have done online repair still not fixed.

there reasons behind concern corrupted application, software conflict, add-on concerns , such. isolate concern more precisely, please provide more information:

-     screenshot of blue box see.

-     how long has been going on?
-     there changes made pc prior concern?

for now, repair office application then, update office 2016.

note: restart pc after repairing office application changes take effect.

don't hesitate update if need further assistance.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
