Outlook Desktop 2016 store button missing, can't get addins - Microsoft Community

i have free outlook.com account setup in outlook 2016 exchange activesync account. still missing store button.

is there else should try?

this phenomenon related exchangeactivesync rather gmail account. add outlook.com account client via exchangeactivesync. can see doesn't have "store" button.

i suggest add outlook.com account outlook client via exchange protocol(automatically configuration) exchangeactivesync used phone, bring better experience , have "store" button.

to add account via exchange protocol, open control pane> user accounts> mail> add new profile> add email account , password.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
