running office 365 home , have downloaded software programs both office desktop pc , laptop. three weeks ago outlook windows app on office desktop running windows 7 stopped placing emails in inbox. i have 5 different email addresses pop3, 1 exchange server account , 1 imap. the imap did not allow me set emails go regular outlook.pst file, , email address being displayed in own inbox. the other addresses still being downloaded send'receve mail function, never listed in inbox or displayed in reading pane. today (apr 18, 2017) app showed 45 emails downloaded, yet no emails april in inbox @ all! the recent email dated 3/29/17. i have not made account changes. all emails still being downloaded , displayed on laptop outlook (windows 8.1) , on android phone , tablet - not on office computer. has microsoft intentionally sabotaged outlook running on windows 7 machines try , force people upgrade windows 10?
your exchange , imap mail accounts have own individual folder sets.
your pop mail accounts have own individual personal folder sets, unless during setup selected use same personal folder set.
the version of win has no baring
