Copying emails to shared folder - Microsoft Community


i have user saves email shared (network) folder, however, has become bit lax & has let them build - has on 1000 in archive. else taking on role needs move these emails shared folder when selects tries drag & drop folder, 28 of emails copied. many of emails have same subject line, move them in batches have start renaming emails have been moved impractical. ideas why can move 28? using outlook 2010 on windows 7 enterprise in ms exchange environment cached exchange mode (exporting pst files not allowed).

*update - can move 28 when first copying containing folder archive inbox. when drag & dropping archive, receiving following error:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
