emails keep disappearing in microsoft outlook office 365. - Microsoft Community


emails keep disappearing, need have record of  when had sent email , able review attachments other emails.  have been using outlook emails years comcast email account.  can on older computer outlook 2007 @ emails had received years ago , emails had sent years ago.  office 365 outlook can't see emails received minutes ago.  frustrating , not helpful, disappointed , aggravating.

type of mail account being used, pop, imap or?

still comcast mail?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
