emails show already read - Microsoft Community


i can see email icon show have 10 new emails.  when go email , open tab right before eyes 10 emails no longer have blue dot , show have been read.  many times don't know have new email.  it's once i'm going through emails , deleting find emails have missed.  this happens on iphone.  when , if check email home computer it's not issue.

you may try login online via www.outlook.live.com check if issue persists.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
