Outlook For Mac Attach File Box Greyed Out When Adding Second - Microsoft Community


whenever user attempts attach second attachment (document), intermittently.

the desktop being used macbook air on el capitan (most recent version/all updated). outlook updated version 15.29. 

the process...

1.) create new email

2.) enter in email subject , whom sending to

3.) click 'attach file' button

4.) find first document within network drive want attach (and attaches fine)

5.) when user clicks 'attach file' again attach file, file finder window greyed out (see image below) , cannot close out of or anything. way close new email window force quitting outlook all-together.

like said, intermittent. this, other times work fine. 

things i've tried...

1.) create new outlook profile

2.) uninstall , reinstall microsoft office

any ideas? thank you.

we had user similar issue on outlook mac v15.34. tried , in end pressed esc key rid of grey box.
