Outlook for Mac - sort names in a distribution list - Microsoft Community


when add new member distribution list, new contact not sorted alphabetically seems remain @ bottom of list.  how make sort?

unless misunderstand saying, can order group of contacts clicking name column header of group. there's little chevron in field name box tells whether sort ascending or descending.

thanks.  that solved problem.  i have been user of outlook windows years , accustomed automatic alphabetizing when name added , changes saved.  it evidently not automatic on mac version.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
