transfering pst file to another Office 2016 computer - Microsoft Community


i have outlook 2016 installed on 3 computers.  transfer .pst file 1 of email accounts, default one, 1 computer each of other two.  simple process copy .pst file others?  each of others have different user names guess have rename transferred 1 proper name on others.

the name of pst-file irrelevant. if want opening pst-file in outlook, indeed copy pst-file local disk of other computer (like instance in documents folder) , connect within outlook via;

file-> open & export-> open outlook data file

if want re-use pst-file main pst-file account on each computer, see;

restoring pst-file of pop3 account on new computer

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
