When updating online meeting series, there's account mismatch - Microsoft Community


i'm trying change skype meeting access permission level company in series of meetings in outlook (2016 mac), when sending update, following error:

"the outlook , skype business (lync) user accounts not match. must sign in both applications using same account."

well, thing have signed in both applications same credentials.

so, how fix this? tried removing account outlook , deleting skype sign-in info , logging in both same outlook365 account.

based on error message, issue may related corresponding office 365 mailbox cannot recognized in outlook client, cached information still stored in profile. have tried re-add office 365 account outlook, suggest create new profile , add account new profile see if issue still exists.

 

if issue still persist, please provide following information better understand situation:

  1. does issue persist when change skype online meeting? please check if can reproduce issue when other actions.
  2. the mac os version.

  4. the skype business version.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
