Migrate categories to Outlook MAC 2106 - Microsoft Community

i upgraded office 365 , running on couple of macs. have office 2011 running on exchange through university , connects fine local office 2016. i have 2011 , 2016 installed .. running latter now.
it seems of categories have upgraded, not all. i not seem them in category list in emails. i cannot manually add them in 2016, because system recognizes there. i cannot search on them because not show in category lists.
i spent fair amount of time on web trying solve this, , nothing seems work. i can find no screen in 2016 lets me migration. not have outlook in web version of office 365 way. everything except this. i have outlook in license load locally.

since not have outlook in web version of office 365, means categories created on local. i'd clarify if categories created locally, not feasible migrate them outlook 2011 outlook 2016. if categories created online, can stored in server side. when switch client, sync server.
