i know how can add comment on email received. comment own purposes, need keep identify on emails.

open email message 

#1 - <message> ribbon --> in <move> group --> select <actions> --> select <edit message>

#2 - when done edits --> go <file> --> <save>

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
