Can not export emails stored on a microsoft exchange server to a pst - Microsoft Community


i have old email account on outlook 2016. emails downloaded pc when email account still , running in meantime email address (old work address) closed. wanted use outlook archive old emails. after while, found out, emails account not stored on pc more seem have been stored on microsoft exchange server (which quite unhappy , wouldn't have agreed to, had known :-( . if want see theses emails in outlook now, need click on "click here view more on microsoft exchange" (which not possible if i'm not connected internet). these emails displayed correctly, fine. wanted download these emails , export them pst file. clicked on "click here view more on microsoft exchange" first , tried export respective folder via import/export described here

however, not work. empty pst file created , no emails server exported.

i selected emails stored on server , tried move them folder belonging 1 of email accounts still existing. didn't work either , received errror message saying emails seem have been deleted or removed.

i download emails microsoft exchange , have them removed server. can me?!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
