Cannot access SharePoint Online home page - Microsoft Community


for on week i've tried issue have can't send reply person trying me without coming deliverable. see above

hi russell,

 

given error message, issue may caused top-level site in tenant former version of sharepoint. may need upgrade top-level site sharepoint 2013 version. more information, see similar thread.

 

if issue persists, i’d confirm following things:

  1. do other users encounter same issue when clicking sharepoint tile?
  2. can access top-level site via https://domain.sharepoint.com?
  3. is external website public website? able access via it’s url? display in sharepoint admin center>site collections?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
