Default contacts folder to save NEW contacts Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


in outlook 2016 (that set imap accounts) that upgraded outlook 2007 (where had used pop3 accounts) want know how new contacts enter saved in new contacts folder syncs thru imap protocol.  basically, want save them in folder "contacts" , not in folder "contacts-this computer only".

i know adding address books contacts found email search want eliminate default saving location used (contacts-this computer only) , have new default new folder created when installed using imap (contacts).

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
