MS Outlook 2013 Calendar attachment issue - Microsoft Community


hi folks,

i have set email account in ms outlook 2013 1 user using google apps sync tool.

when sends calendar attachment, show regular email attachment on receiver side.

it cannot sent or receive calendar attachments.

without attachments there's no such issue.

need support on issue.

better assist regarding sending calendar attachment, we'd ask few questions:

  • is email account personal or business?
  • what email domain using?
  • may ask screenshots of email sent , receive have clearer understanding of concern?
  • what item trying attach calendar?

in meantime, repair office application following steps on link. restart needed after repair.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
