office 365 outlook email search option issue - Microsoft Community


hi idea how solve email search issue on office 365 outlook. have tried rebuild index when face search issue, no result.

we can see here having issues searching email using outlook. there several reasons why experiencing problem , that's going figure out. have better view on concern, may know following:

  • any changes made on computer prior concern?
  • are getting error messages when trying search email? if so, can send screenshot? note: please not include personal information.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • is first time encountered problem?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
