Outlook 2016 - Flag status doesn't update or display correctly - Microsoft Community


managing emails potentially made easier using flags , updating flag status.  however, many times when change status 'follow up' or 'completed' displayed status stays unchanged.  doesn't matter whether change status when email open or main viewing pane.  bug in outlook or there else wrong on server causing problem.  unless there fix there absolutely no point in outlook having flag status.
else have same problem?  or better - found fix!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
