Outlook 2016 on new Laptops - Microsoft Community


hello,

i've installed office 365 outlook 2016 on various new laptops in office.

sent folder not syncing:

- part (5 e-mails) syncing "sent" folder on new computer 2 of devices.

drafts:

- outlook saving draft every few words type , can't delete drafts. striked through can't remove them.

we need gather information able resolve concern. please answer questions below:

 

  • what version of office365 subscribed to?
  • how many emails on outlook app?

 

for starters, can check on article try , address sync issue on outlook.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
