outlook - Microsoft Community


asked how outlook, sorts out gmail, after changed google password.  now outlook, reason, without knowing why, these popups saying to enter user name , password server smtp.gmail.com.  put new password in, , pops again.  says go browser sign in.   there used place go fix this, must out of date (because it, nothing cool enough if can it) because can't find in or anywhere else.  there imap or such thing.

this error occurs when have changed password through outlook 2010. app recognizes old password thus, resulting error getting. said issue fixed, kindly create new profile on outlook using current username , new password.

let know how goes.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
